The company has made a strategic decision to develop an ERP product family offered to port
operators. The goal of this development project is to create the first product for this upcoming
ERP product family, which will kickstart the new product business, and then develop additional

The future Port Operators ERP is a modular and scalable system designed specifically for the needs of port operators. The first phase focuses on billing management and the master data required for efficient invoicing. The system brings together customers, port services and products, price lists and contract prices, tax-related control data, users and access rights.
The system will support invoice creation for port services, PDF invoices, email delivery and electronic invoicing based on the Finvoice standard. The aim is to connect events such as vessel arrivals and departures, loading and unloading, storage and transfer operations directly to billing. This reduces manual work, speeds up invoicing and lowers the risk of errors and missed billable events.
The solution is being designed for browser and mobile use and can be provided either as a cloud service or within the customer’s own infrastructure. The initial billing-focused product will form the foundation for a broader ERP product family, which can later be extended to operational management, warehouse and logistics management, reporting and analytics, safety and access control.
