System's purpose is to handle invoicing of a company which practices harbour operator's stevedoring activities as a harbour.

     Export invoicing means invoicing which is used to collect costs resulted from handling export products which leave from harbour by ship and costs resulted from other harbour activities. System support concern, mill, line and product specific contract tariff handlings. System includes intelligent automatic invoicing operations and tariff handlings.

     Systems target is to automate the creation of invoices from invoicing-ready transactions which are generated by the Export-system. System is used to automate price fixing and forming of invoicing transactions to basic invoicing system. VILA automatically generates invoice templates to basic invoicing system.

     VILA is connected to two external systems (export and basic invoicing system) and operates in multi system environment. System is able to handle EDI information transfer between companies.
